Welcome to Health For Being – Your Gateway to a Vibrant Life!

Hello, health enthusiasts and wellness warriors! First, let us introduce ourselves. I am Maha, 31 year old female who is happily married to Alam, 32 year old male, and we now have an almost 1 year old boy, Saf! Alam and I are absolute foodies, we enjoy a good-tasting meal. We loved going out to eat, that was our thing before we had Saf. This fun “eating” activity of ours led to Alam putting on some weight that we didn’t think too much of, but soon enough the adverse effects were prominent. On top of the significant weight gain, he noticed a decline in his productivity, increased mood swings, not being able to comfortably achieve basic tasks (like tying shoe laces), and poor sleep, are to name a few negative effects of not being mindful of what we were putting in our bodies. I on the other hand didn’t gain weight, but certainly didn’t feel my best. We then decided to make some changes in our lifestyle to truly enjoy life and feel good from within. My husband and I will be sharing our wellness journey through this medium in hopes of inspiring you make such changes in your life for a better and healthier you!
